Public engagement services were provided to the Boston Water and Sewer Commission to minimize the impacts to abutters and stakeholders of the Newbury Street Water Main Replacement, Newmarket Square Sewer Separation and Reserved Channel Sewer Separation capital improvement projects in Boston, Massachusetts. To notify abutting businesses and residents, efforts included proactively visiting every abutting business and working with neighborhood associations to contact abutting residents; preparing and distributing flyers, advertisements and email updates; and developing and maintaining abutter and stakeholder distribution databases.
