Transportation planning services were provided in conjunction with A Better City to Vertex Pharmaceuticals and a consortium of other large employers and property owners to advocate for a range of transportation improvements in the South Boston Waterfront / Seaport District in Boston, Massachusetts. After reviewing the South Boston Waterfront Sustainable Transportation Plan, and other relevant documents, over 150 projects were catalogued and evaluated. The tasks included working with consortium members to identify the nine most relevant mobility initiatives and prepare/maintain a dashboard to track the progress of these initiatives through discussions with the relevant government agencies.
