Urban planning services and project management were provided to 100 Market Group who was seeking to redevelop the site of an existing bank branch building in Manchester, New Hampshire. Because of a road realignment, the departure of an anchor tenant and the shrinking size of modern bank branches, the overall concept for the site needed to be revisited. Located in a high-traffic commercial corridor, this site has the potential to be redeveloped into a purpose-built retail location of approximately 30,000 square feet of retail/office space and 100 parking spaces. Discussions commenced with the City of Manchester to better understand their thoughts regarding the site and to discover what economic development opportunities may exist.
