Urban planning services and project management were provided to the Defense Logistics Agency for two new Distribution Services general purpose warehouse facilities at Anniston Army Depot in Eastaboga, Alabama and Red River Army Depot in Texarkana, Texas. Tasks involved visiting the base to document and evaluate existing conditions, analyzing current conditions with GIS data, liaising with all relevant specialists, designing document layout and compiling all chapters, returning to the base to provide a final presentation and ensuring on-time completion of the facilities studies to seek Congressional approval for the improvements. Project undertaken while working for Fort Hill Companies.
