Tasks included working with the developer to identify an operator, architect, interior designer, construction manager and contractors to renovate and rebrand the former Sears Block property, an eight-floor 104,000 square foot Class A mixed-use commercial office building and with an adjoining 516-space municipal parking garage funded by a tax increment finance district.
